The Empowered Patient Coalition provides resources enabling patients to take control of their medical treatments.

The Connecticut Center for Patient Safety works in our communities, within our healthcare systems, and with elected officials to improve the quality of healthcare and to protect the rights of injured patients through education, accountability, and advocacy. Change is in the air and our nation and our state are in the process of trying to figure out how to give better care and decrease the skyrocketing costs and the incidence of error. Unless an organization represents the interests of the consumer, our voices will not be heard. We are that organization.
