Meds Connection is a free resource helping people from across Arizona receive the prescription medication that is so critical to their care, without worry and in a dignified manner.  The program works by tapping into a number of medication sources, including Patient Assistance Programs offered by pharmaceutical companies, to provide free or very low-cost medications for those who are eligible for Meds Connection assistance. 

 

Who is eligible?

 

·      Residents of Arizona living with one of the following neurological conditions:  Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Epilepsy, Restless Leg Syndrome, Essential Tremor, Peripheral Neuropathy

·      Those with a moderate to low income

·      Individuals who are either uninsured or have gaps in coverage, such as the Medicare Coverage Gap

 

How does it work?

 

·      Call Meds Connection toll-free at 1-866-995-6432 to see if you qualify.  No office visit necessary

·      If eligible, medication is provided at no cost from the pharmaceutical company or our own charity pharmacy  program at the Banner Family Pharmacy

·      Co-pay assistance may be available depending on the medication

·      Free medications often provided for those in the Medicare ‘Coverage Gap’
