Please contact us to share your patient safety interests and your advice. If you want to be included in our advocate directory or would like to recommend an organization that you have found helpful, please send us an inquiry by email. We are seeking individuals and organizations actively working with patient safety and health care quality issues. We hope you will use our advocate directory to learn about the individuals and organizations in your area and to offer them your support. The Empowered Patient Coalition is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization as determined by the IRS and contributions are tax-deductible. Any donations will be acknowledged in writing and the Coalition's tax-exempt identification number will be provided. 100 percent of every donation is designated to supporting our patient safety efforts.
